बाधतीर्थाश्चैताः कार्या राजद्विष्टकारिणां तरणभयात् ॥ कZ_०२.२८.१४ ॥

Transliteration

bādhatīrthāścaitāḥ kāryā rājadviṣṭakāriṇāṃ taraṇabhayāt

Translation

ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੈਰਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਰ ਲੰਘਣਾ ਡਰਾਉਣਾ/ਔਖਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਰੁਕਾਵਟ ਵਾਲੇ/ਨਿਯੰਤਰਿਤ ਤੀਰਥ (ਘਾਟ) ਬਣਾਏ ਜਾਣ।
