शुल्कस्थानाद्गोमयपलालं प्रमाणं कृत्वापहरत उत्तमः साहसदण्डः ॥ कZ_०२.२१.२१ ॥

Transliteration

śulkasthānād gomayapalālaṃ pramāṇaṃ kṛtvāpaharata uttamaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ

Translation

ਸ਼ੁਲਕ-ਸਥਾਨ ‘ਤੇ ਜੋ ਗੋਬਰ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਲੇ ਨਾਲ ‘ਮਿਆਰੀ ਮਾਪ’ ਬਣਾਕੇ (ਧੋਖੇ ਨਾਲ) ਅਪਹਰਨ/ਠੱਗੀ ਕਰੇ, ਉਸ ‘ਤੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਚਾ ਸਾਹਸ-ਦੰਡ (ਸਖ਼ਤ ਤੋਂ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਜੁਰਮਾਨਾ) ਲਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ।
