Translation
ਇਸ ਨਿਯਮ ਨਾਲ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਾਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਵੀ ਸਮਝਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ (ਅਰਥਾਤ ਅਗਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਵੀ ਉਹੀ ਅਸੂਲ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ)।
