व्ययक्रियाभारिकमाअकरं भागेन प्रक्रयेण वा दद्यात् लाघविकमात्मना कारयेत् ॥ कZ_०२.१२.२२ ॥

Transliteration

vyayakriyābhārikam ākaram bhāgena prakrayeṇa vā dadyāt lāghavikam ātmanā kārayet

Translation

ਜਿਹੜੀ ਖਾਣ ਖਰਚ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰੀ ਹੋਵੇ, ਉਹ ਹਿੱਸੇਦਾਰੀ ਅਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਜਾਂ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਿਤ ਫੀਸ ‘ਤੇ ਦੇਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ; ਜਿਹੜੀ ਖਾਣ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੌਖੀ ਹੋਵੇ, ਉਹ ਰਾਜ ਨੇ ਆਪ ਚਲਾਉਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
