Related Themes: Agni Purana 373.29-30 (āyudha and marks); Agni Purana 373.33 (japa-dhyāna integration)
It gives dhyāna-lakṣaṇa (iconographic markers) for meditating on Viṣṇu—garland, ornaments, crown, and yellow robe—used to stabilize visualization during japa and pūjā.
Alongside topics like governance, medicine, and warfare, the text also preserves precise deity-iconography and ritual visualization standards that guide temple worship and personal sādhana.
Accurate dhyāna with recognized divine attributes is taught as a means to focus the mind, deepen devotion, and support purification through concentrated worship.
