Alamkara Type: Anuvāda/arthavāda (praise by stating fruit)

Concept: Mantra-stuti as ‘mobile ritual’—devotion and recitation convert uncertain travel into kṣema (secure well-being).

Application: Before and during travel, maintain steady japa; set a daily quota of the six Raudrī formulas with Īśāna-stuti for protection.

Khanda Section: Isana-kalpa (Shaiva Mantra-Puja and Stotra-vidhi)

Primary Rasa: shanta

Secondary Rasa: adbhuta

Type: Kingdom

FAQs

It prescribes a practical Shaiva upāya: perform japa and daily stuti of Īśāna using the six Raudrī formulas, specifically for protection and auspiciousness during travel.

Alongside theology, it records applied ritual technology—mantra-japa and stotra-vidhi with stated results (travel-safety/kshema), illustrating how the text functions as a manual of lived religious practice.

Daily praise of Īśāna with Rudra-linked mantras is presented as a merit-bearing discipline that removes obstacles and generates kṣema (welfare, protection), both outwardly (safe journeys) and inwardly (steadfast auspiciousness).
