युञ्जते मनो ऽनुवाकं जप्त्वा दीर्घायुराप्नुयात् विष्णोरवाटमित्येतत् सर्वबाधाविनाशनं
yuñjate mano 'nuvākaṃ japtvā dīrghāyurāpnuyāt viṣṇoravāṭamityetat sarvabādhāvināśanaṃ
“ਯੁੰਜਤੇ ਮਨಃ” ਅਨੁਵਾਕ ਦਾ ਜਪ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਲੰਮੀ ਉਮਰ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ। “ਵਿਸ਼ਣੋਰ ਅਵਾਟਮ” ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਇਹ ਮੰਤ੍ਰ ਸਭ ਬਾਧਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਰੁਕਾਵਟਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਸ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
