ਇਹ ‘ਅਭਿਸੇਕ-ਮੰਤ੍ਰ’ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋ ਸੌ ਉੱਨੀਵਾਂ ਅਧਿਆਇ ਸਮਾਪਤ ਹੋਇਆ। “ਅਭਿਸਿਞਚੰਤੁ, ਪਾਂਤੁ ਚ” ਆਦਿ—ਖ, ਗ, ਘ, ਙ, ਛ, ਜ, ਞ ਅਤੇ ਟ ਅੱਖਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਮੰਤ੍ਰ। ਹੁਣ ਦੋ ਸੌ ਵੀਹਵਾਂ ਅਧਿਆਇ ‘ਸਹਾਇ-ਸੰਪੱਤੀ’ (ਮਿੱਤਰ-ਸਹਾਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ) ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪੁਸ਼ਕਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ—ਅਭਿਸਿਕਤ ਉੱਤਮ ਰਾਜਾ, ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ, ਸ਼ਤਰੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਿੱਤੇ। ਰਾਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਸੈਨਾਪਤੀ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ—ਚਾਹੇ ਉਹ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਖ਼ਤਰੀ।
