तर्जनीं मूर्ध्निसंलग्नां विन्यसेत्तां शिरोपरि प्रणीतेयं समाख्याता हृद्देशे तां समानयेत्

ਤਰਜਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੱਥੇ ਦੀ ਚੋਟੀ (ਸ਼ਿਖਾ) ਨਾਲ ਸਪਰਸ਼ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਸਿਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਟਿਕਾਓ। ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ‘ਪ੍ਰਣੀਤਾ’ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ; ਫਿਰ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਿਰਦੇ-ਦੇਸ਼ ਵੱਲ ਲਿਆਓ।
