जप्त्वा त्रिलक्षं हुत्वा च लक्षं बिल्वैश् च साज्यकैः तण्डुलैः फलगन्धाद्यैः दूर्वाभिस्त्वायुराप्नुयात्

ਤਿੰਨ ਲੱਖ ਜਪ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਘਿਉ ਮਿਲੇ ਬਿਲਵ ਪੱਤਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਲੱਖ ਆਹੁਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਕੇ, ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਚੌਲ ਦੇ ਦਾਣੇ, ਫਲ, ਸੁਗੰਧਿਤ ਦ੍ਰਵ੍ਯ ਆਦਿ ਅਤੇ ਦੂರ್ವਾ ਘਾਹ ਨਾਲ (ਹੋਮ/ਅਰਚਨਾ) ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੀਰਘ ਆਯੁ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
