नस्यं करग्रहे देयं घृतं लयणसंयुतम् मागधीनागराजाजीयवागूर्मुस्तसाधिता
nasyaṃ karagrahe deyaṃ ghṛtaṃ layaṇasaṃyutam māgadhīnāgarājājīyavāgūrmustasādhitā
ਨੱਸਿਆ ਲਈ ਘਿਉ ਨੂੰ ਹਥੇਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੜ ਕੇ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ; ਇਹ ਸੈਂਧਵ ਲੂਣ ਨਾਲ ਯੁਕਤ ਹੋਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਗਧੀ (ਪਿੱਪਲੀ), ਨਾਗਰ (ਸੁੰਠ), ਅਜਾਜੀ (ਜੀਰਾ), ਯਵਾਗੂ (ਚੌਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਤਲੀ ਖੀਰ/ਮਾਂਡ) ਅਤੇ ਮੁਸਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੱਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੋਵੇ।
