Characteristics of Taste and Related Factors; Medicines that Remove All Diseases

ओषधीनां पञ्चविधा तथा भवति कल्पना रसः कल्कः शृतः शीतः फाण्डश् च मनुजोत्तम

oṣadhīnāṃ pañcavidhā tathā bhavati kalpanā rasaḥ kalkaḥ śṛtaḥ śītaḥ phāṇḍaś ca manujottama

ਹੇ ਮਨੁਜੋਤਮ! ਔਸ਼ਧੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਕਲਪਨਾ (ਤਿਆਰੀ) ਪੰਜ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਹੈ—ਰਸ, ਕਲਕ, ਸ਼੍ਰਿਤ (ਕਵਾਥ), ਸ਼ੀਤ (ਹਿਮ), ਅਤੇ ਫਾਣਡ (ਮਿੱਠਾ ਔਸ਼ਧੀ ਪੇਯ/ਤਿਆਰੀ)।
