Verse 35
Sita
इच्छाशक्तिस्त्रिविधा प्रलयावस्थायां विश्रमणार्थं भगवतो दक्षिणवक्षःस्थले श्रीवत्साकृतिर्भूत्वा विश्राम्यतीति सा योगशक्तिः ॥३५॥
इच्छा-शक्तिः । त्रि-विधा । प्रलय-अवस्थायाम् । विश्रमण-अर्थम् । भगवतः । दक्षिण-वक्षः-स्थले । श्रीवत्स-आकृतिः । भूत्वा । विश्राम्यति । इति । सा । योग-शक्तिः ।
icchāśaktis trividhā pralayāvasthāyāṃ viśramaṇārthaṃ bhagavato dakṣiṇavakṣaḥsthale śrīvatsākṛtir bhūtvā viśrāmyatīti sā yogaśaktiḥ ||35||
ଇଚ୍ଛା-ଶକ୍ତି ତ୍ରିବିଧ। ପ୍ରଳୟାବସ୍ଥାରେ ବିଶ୍ରାମାର୍ଥେ ସେ ଭଗବାନଙ୍କ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ବକ୍ଷସ୍ଥଳରେ ଶ୍ରୀବତ୍ସ-ଚିହ୍ନର ଆକୃତି ଧାରଣ କରି ବିଶ୍ରାମ କରେ; ତେଣୁ ଏହାକୁ ଯୋଗ-ଶକ୍ତି କୁହାଯାଏ।
The power of will (icchā-śakti) is threefold. In the state of dissolution, for the sake of repose, it rests on the Lord’s right side of the chest, having become the form of the Śrīvatsa mark; thus it is the yoga-power (yoga-śakti).
