तदेतत् सत्यमृषिरङ्गिराः पुरोवाच नैतदचीर्णव्रतोऽधीते । नमः परमऋषिभ्यो नमः परमऋषिभ्यः ॥११॥

IAST Transliteration

tad etat satyam ṛṣir aṅgirāḥ purovāca naitad acīrṇavrato ’dhīte | namaḥ paramarṣibhyo namaḥ paramarṣibhyaḥ ||11||

Translation

ଏହି ହିଁ ସତ୍ୟକୁ ଋଷି ଅଙ୍ଗିରା ପୁରାତନକାଳରେ କହିଥିଲେ: ଯେ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ବ୍ରତ-ଆଚରଣ କରିନାହିଁ, ସେ ଏହି ଉପଦେଶକୁ ଅଧ୍ୟୟନ କିମ୍ବା ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ କରିପାରେ ନାହିଁ। ପରମ ଋଷିମାନଙ୍କୁ ନମସ୍କାର, ପରମ ଋଷିମାନଙ୍କୁ ନମସ୍କାର।

Academic Translation

This indeed is the truth which the seer Aṅgiras declared of old: one who has not performed (the requisite) observances does not study/attain this (teaching). Homage to the supreme seers; homage to the supreme seers.
