Kshurika
ततः कण्ठान्तरे योगी समूहन्नाडिसञ्चयम् । एकोत्तरं नाडिशतं तासां मध्ये वराः स्मृताः ॥ सुषुम्ना तु परे लीना विरजा ब्रह्मरूपिणी । इडा तिष्ठति वामेन पिङ्गला दक्षिणेन च ॥
ततः । कण्ठ-अन्तरे । योगी । समूहन् । नाडि-सञ्चयम् । एक-उत्तरम् । नाडि-शतम् । तासाम् । मध्ये । वराः । स्मृताः ॥ सुषुम्ना । तु । परे । लीना । विरजा । ब्रह्म-रूपिणी ॥ इडा । तिष्ठति । वामेन । पिङ्गला । दक्षिणेन । च ॥
tataḥ kaṇṭhāntare yogī samūhannāḍisañcayam | ekottaraṃ nāḍiśataṃ tāsāṃ madhye varāḥ smṛtāḥ || suṣumnā tu pare līnā virajā brahmarūpiṇī | iḍā tiṣṭhati vāmena piṅgalā dakṣiṇena ca ||
ତତଃ କଣ୍ଠାନ୍ତର ପ୍ରଦେଶରେ ଯୋଗୀ ନାଡୀମାନଙ୍କ ସଞ୍ଚୟକୁ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରେ। ନାଡୀ ଏକଶେ ଏକ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଏ; ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ କିଛିକୁ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ବୋଲି ସ୍ମୃତ କରାଯାଏ। ସୁଷୁମ୍ନା ତୁ ପରମରେ ଲୀନ—ନିର୍ମଳ, ବ୍ରହ୍ମସ୍ୱରୂପିଣୀ। ଇଡା ବାମେ ଅବସ୍ଥିତ, ପିଙ୍ଗଳା ଦକ୍ଷିଣେ।
Then, in the region within the throat, the yogin gathers together the collection of nāḍīs. There are said to be one hundred and one nāḍīs; among them certain ones are regarded as excellent. Suṣumnā, indeed, is merged in the Supreme—stainless, of the nature of Brahman. Iḍā stands on the left, and Piṅgalā on the right.
