ଏହି ପ୍ରାସାଦଟି ଭୂଭୁଜ ରାଜା ଅମ୍ବରୀଷ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରାଇଥିଲେ। ଯଥୋଚିତ ସମୟ ପାଇ ଶାସ୍ତ୍ରବିଦ୍ମାନଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାନୁସାରେ ସେ ଯଥାବିଧି ଗଢ଼ିଥିଲେ।
