Transliteration

sarveṣāṃ vratināṃ mūlaṃ brahmacaryamudāhṛtam | viśeṣācchivabhaktānāmevaṃ bhūyo vidhāsyasi

Translation

ସମସ୍ତ ବ୍ରତଧାରୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବ୍ରହ୍ମଚର୍ଯ୍ୟକୁ ହିଁ ମୂଳ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଇଛି, ବିଶେଷକରି ଶିବଭକ୍ତମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ। ତେଣୁ ତୁମେ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଏପରି ଆଚରଣ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍ ନୁହେଁ।
