ततस्तैः पतितो भूमौ दृष्टो मृतकुमारकः । मंत्रयित्वा मिथः पश्चाद्गृहीतो भक्षणाय च
tatastaiḥ patito bhūmau dṛṣṭo mṛtakumārakaḥ | maṃtrayitvā mithaḥ paścādgṛhīto bhakṣaṇāya ca
ତେବେ ସେମାନେ ଭୂମିରେ ପଡ଼ିଥିବା ଏକ ମୃତ ବାଳକକୁ ଦେଖିଲେ। ପରସ୍ପରେ ପରାମର୍ଶ କରି, ପରେ ତାକୁ ଉଠାଇ—ଭକ୍ଷଣ ପାଇଁ ମଧ୍ୟ—ନେଲେ।
