कुरुष्वेति च तैः प्रोक्ते गत्वाग्नि शरणं ततः । अग्नये कव्यवाहनाय स्वाहेति प्रथमाहुतिः
kuruṣveti ca taiḥ prokte gatvāgni śaraṇaṃ tataḥ | agnaye kavyavāhanāya svāheti prathamāhutiḥ
ସେମାନେ ‘କର’ ବୋଲି କହିଲେ ସେ ଅଗ୍ନିଙ୍କୁ ଶରଣ ଗଲା। ‘କବ୍ୟବାହନ ଅଗ୍ନୟେ ସ୍ୱାହା’—ଏହା ପ୍ରଥମ ଆହୁତି।
