Transliteration

deśāṃtaraprajātasya tatra jātasya vā punaḥ | ajñātapitṛvargasya sāmā nyaṃ padamicchataḥ

Translation

ଦେଶାନ୍ତରରେ ଜନ୍ମିତ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ପାଇଁ, କିମ୍ବା ସେଠାରେ (ବିଦେଶେ) ଜନ୍ମ ହୋଇଥିବା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ପାଇଁ; ଯାହାର ପିତୃବଂଶ ଅଜ୍ଞାତ; ଏବଂ ଯେ ସାଧାରଣ ପଦ/ସ୍ୱୀକୃତି ଇଚ୍ଛା କରେ—ତାଙ୍କ ବିଷୟରେ ମଧ୍ୟ (ଶୁଦ୍ଧିବିଧି) କହନ୍ତୁ।
