ब्राह्मणैः कारयेच्छ्राद्धं मूर्खैरपि द्विजोत्तमाः । चतुर्वेदा अपि त्याज्या अन्यस्थानसमुद्भवाः
brāhmaṇaiḥ kārayecchrāddhaṃ mūrkhairapi dvijottamāḥ | caturvedā api tyājyā anyasthānasamudbhavāḥ
ହେ ଦ୍ୱିଜୋତ୍ତମ! ମୂର୍ଖ ବ୍ରାହ୍ମଣମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ମଧ୍ୟ ଶ୍ରାଦ୍ଧ କରାଯିବା ଉଚିତ; କିନ୍ତୁ ଅନ୍ୟସ୍ଥାନରେ ଜନ୍ମିତ, ଚତୁର୍ବେଦୀ ହେଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ, ସେମାନେ ତ୍ୟାଜ୍ୟ।
