सूत उवाच । अथासौ नृपशार्दूलः समुत्थाय शनैःशनैः । सौम्यां दिशं समुद्दिश्य प्रतस्थे स तु दुःखितः
sūta uvāca | athāsau nṛpaśārdūlaḥ samutthāya śanaiḥśanaiḥ | saumyāṃ diśaṃ samuddiśya pratasthe sa tu duḥkhitaḥ
ସୂତ କହିଲେ—ତାପରେ ସେ ନୃପଶାର୍ଦୂଳ ଧୀରେ ଧୀରେ ଉଠିଲା। ସୌମ୍ୟ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଗକୁ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ କରି ପ୍ରସ୍ଥାନ କଲା; କିନ୍ତୁ ସେ ଦୁଃଖିତ ଥିଲା।
