ततोऽपराह्णसमये स्नात्वा धौतांबरः शुचिः । प्रतिमां पूजयेद्भक्त्या दिनाधिपसमुद्भवाम्

tato'parāhṇasamaye snātvā dhautāṃbaraḥ śuciḥ | pratimāṃ pūjayedbhaktyā dinādhipasamudbhavām

ତାପରେ ଅପରାହ୍ନ ସମୟରେ ସ୍ନାନ କରି, ପରିଷ୍କୃତ ଧୋଇଥିବା ବସ୍ତ୍ର ପିନ୍ଧି ଶୁଚି ହୋଇ, ଦିନାଧିପ (ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ)ଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିମାକୁ ଭକ୍ତିରେ ପୂଜା କରିବା ଉଚିତ।
