सूत उवाच । श्वेतद्वीपः समानीतो विष्णुना प्रभविष्णुना । तत्क्षेत्रे कलिभीतेन यथा शौक्ल्यं न संत्यजेत्
sūta uvāca | śvetadvīpaḥ samānīto viṣṇunā prabhaviṣṇunā | tatkṣetre kalibhītena yathā śauklyaṃ na saṃtyajet
ସୂତ କହିଲେ—ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ବିଷ୍ଣୁ ଶ୍ୱେତଦ୍ୱୀପକୁ ଏଠାକୁ ଆଣିଲେ, ଯେପରି ସେଇ ପବିତ୍ର କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ—କଳିର ଭୟରୁ—ତାହା ନିଜ ଶ୍ୱେତତା (ଶୁଦ୍ଧତା) ତ୍ୟାଗ ନ କରେ।
