Śiva (deduced from command and Trilocana context)
Type: kshetra
Scene: A leader/authority addresses an assembly of brāhmaṇas, pointing to a chosen plot. Artisans measure ground; a central pedestal awaits an ‘anuttama’ liṅga. Scrolls list gotras in order, indicating ceremonial precedence.
Building a shrine and establishing a Śiva-liṅga with proper social-ritual order (gotra honor) becomes a channel for divine grace.
The passage is within Nāgarakhaṇḍa’s tīrtha narrative; the precise toponym is not present in this verse alone.
Construct a prāsāda (temple) and install anuttama liṅgas, honoring each gotra appropriately.
