ଋଷିମାନେ କହିଲେ: ସେ ଆନର୍ତ୍ତୀୟ ତଡାଗଟି ସେଠାରେ କିଏ ନିର୍ମାଣ କଲା? ଏବଂ ତାହାର ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପ୍ରଭାବ କ’ଣ? ହେ ସୂତପୁତ୍ର, ସବୁ ଭଳି ପ୍ରକାଶ କର।
