तदस्माभिरिदं युक्तं शासनं दिश्यतां परम् । एवमुक्त्वा स्वीयमुद्रां मोक्तुकामं वृषं तदा

Transliteration

tadasmābhiridaṃ yuktaṃ śāsanaṃ diśyatāṃ param | evamuktvā svīyamudrāṃ moktukāmaṃ vṛṣaṃ tadā

ଏହେତୁ ଆମେ ଏହି ଯୁକ୍ତିସଙ୍ଗତ ପରମ ଶାସନ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଜାରି କରିବା ଉଚିତ। ଏମିତି କହି, ସେତେବେଳେ (ଧର୍ମ) ନିଜ ମୁଦ୍ରା/ଚିହ୍ନ ମୋଚନ କରିବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରି ବୃଷଭ ଦିଗକୁ ମୁହାଁ ଦେଲେ।
