न विद्यया केवलया तपसा वापि पात्रता । यत्र वृत्तिमिमे चोभे तद्वि पात्रं प्रचक्षते
na vidyayā kevalayā tapasā vāpi pātratā | yatra vṛttimime cobhe tadvi pātraṃ pracakṣate
କେବଳ ବିଦ୍ୟାରେ ନୁହେଁ, କେବଳ ତପସ୍ୟାରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦାନ ଗ୍ରହଣର ପାତ୍ରତା ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ। ଯେଉଁଠି ସଦାଚାର ଓ ଏହି ଗୁଣଦ୍ୱୟ ଉଭୟ ଏକାସାଥି ରହେ, ସେଇ ନିଜ ପାତ୍ର ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଏ।
