कृशोतीव गलत्कुष्ठी प्रमुह्यंश्च पदेपेद । नंदभद्रमुवाचेदं कृच्छ्रात्संस्तभ्य बालकः
kṛśotīva galatkuṣṭhī pramuhyaṃśca padepeda | naṃdabhadramuvācedaṃ kṛcchrātsaṃstabhya bālakaḥ
ସେ ବାଳକ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ କୃଶ, କୁଷ୍ଠ ଗଳି ଝରୁଥିଲା, ଏବଂ ପଦେପଦେ ମୂର୍ଛିତ ହେଉଥିଲା; ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ କଷ୍ଟରେ ନିଜକୁ ସମ୍ଭାଳି ସେ ନନ୍ଦଭଦ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ଏହି କଥା କହିଲା।
