Transliteration

vidoṣo yo hi sarvatra niścityaivaṃ vyavasthitaḥ | asya dharmasamudrasya saṃpravṛddhasya sarvataḥ

Translation

ସମସ୍ତ ପରିସ୍ଥିତିରେ ଯାହା ନିର୍ଦୋଷ, ତାହା ନିଶ୍ଚୟ କରି ସେ ଏଭଳି ଦୃଢ଼ଭାବେ ସ୍ଥିତ ରହିଲେ। ଏହା ତାଙ୍କର ଧର୍ମ-ସମୁଦ୍ର, ଯାହା ସବୁଦିଗରେ ବଢ଼ି ମହାବିସ୍ତୃତ ହୋଇଥିଲା।
