नियमान्स्वयमादाय ये त्यजंत्यजितेंद्रियाः । ये ताडयंति गां नित्यं वाहयंति मुहुर्मुहुः

Transliteration

niyamānsvayamādāya ye tyajaṃtyajiteṃdriyāḥ | ye tāḍayaṃti gāṃ nityaṃ vāhayaṃti muhurmuhuḥ

Translation

ଯେ ନିୟମକୁ ନିଜେ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରି ମଧ୍ୟ ଇନ୍ଦ୍ରିୟ ଅଜିତ ଥିବାରୁ ତାହାକୁ ତ୍ୟାଗ କରନ୍ତି; ଏବଂ ଯେ ନିତ୍ୟ ଗାଈମାନଙ୍କୁ ପିଟି ପୁଣି ପୁଣି ହାଙ୍କନ୍ତି—ଏହି ଆଚରଣ ନିନ୍ଦନୀୟ, ସଂଯମଧର୍ମବିରୋଧୀ।
