ତତଃ ବ୍ରହ୍ମାଣ୍ଡର ଶିରୋଭାଗରୁ ଶିବାନୁଗ୍ରହଜନିତ ଜଳମୟ ପବିତ୍ର ଧାରା ପ୍ରକଟ ହେଲା। ସେ ସର୍ବ ଲୋକକୁ ପ୍ଲାବିତ କରି ଗଙ୍ଗାରୂପେ ମେରୁ ପର୍ବତକୁ ପହଞ୍ଚିଲା।
