सप्तमं लवणं प्रोक्तमष्टमं च सुजीरकम् । तोलयेत्तुलया वापि सांघ्रिश्च तुलिता भवेत्
saptamaṃ lavaṇaṃ proktamaṣṭamaṃ ca sujīrakam | tolayettulayā vāpi sāṃghriśca tulitā bhavet
ସପ୍ତମ ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟ ଲବଣ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଇଛି, ଅଷ୍ଟମଟି ସୁଜୀରକ। ତୁଳାରେ ଯଥାର୍ଥ ଭାବେ ତୋଳିବା ଉଚିତ; ତେବେ ସେ ଯୁଗଳ ସମ୍ୟକ୍ ଭାବେ ତୁଳିତ ହୁଏ।
