श्रीभगवानुवाच । नैतत्तवोचितं स्कंद रुद्रभक्तो यथा श्रृणु । द्वे तनू गिरिजाभर्तुर्वेदज्ञा मुनयो विदुः
śrībhagavānuvāca | naitattavocitaṃ skaṃda rudrabhakto yathā śrṛṇu | dve tanū girijābharturvedajñā munayo viduḥ
ଶ୍ରୀଭଗବାନ କହିଲେ—ହେ ସ୍କନ୍ଦ, ଏହା ତୋ ପାଇଁ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ନୁହେଁ। ‘ରୁଦ୍ରଭକ୍ତ’ ସତ୍ୟରେ କିପରି, ଶୁଣ। ବେଦଜ୍ଞ ମୁନିମାନେ କହନ୍ତି ଯେ ଗିରିଜାଭର୍ତ୍ତାଙ୍କ ଦୁଇ ତନୁ ଅଛି।
