नानाश्चर्यगुणाधारः प्रतीहारो मतोंऽबिके । देव्युवाच । ईदृशस्य सुतस्यापि ममोऽकंठा पुरांतक
nānāścaryaguṇādhāraḥ pratīhāro matoṃ'bike | devyuvāca | īdṛśasya sutasyāpi mamo'kaṃṭhā purāṃtaka
ହେ ଅମ୍ବିକେ, ସେ ନାନା ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଗୁଣର ଆଧାର; ପ୍ରତିହାର (ଦ୍ୱାରପାଳ) ବୋଲି ମନାଯାଏ। ଦେବୀ କହିଲେ—ହେ ପୁରାନ୍ତକ, ଏପରି ପୁତ୍ର ପାଇଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ମୋର ଆକାଙ୍କ୍ଷା ଅନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରିତ।
