अग्निरूपेण तस्याश्च स ददाह महाश्रमम् । चकर्ष वायुरूपेण महोग्रेण च तां शुभाम् । एवं सिहवृकाद्याभिर्भीषिकाभिः पुनःपुनः
agnirūpeṇa tasyāśca sa dadāha mahāśramam | cakarṣa vāyurūpeṇa mahogreṇa ca tāṃ śubhām | evaṃ sihavṛkādyābhirbhīṣikābhiḥ punaḥpunaḥ
ଅଗ୍ନିରୂପେ ସେ ତାହାର ମହାଶ୍ରମକୁ ଦହିଦେଲା; ଏବଂ ଅତ୍ୟୁଗ୍ର ବାୟୁରୂପେ ସେଇ ଶୁଭା ନାରୀକୁ ଟାଣିନେଲା। ଏଭଳି ସିଂହ, ନେଉଳିଆ ଆଦି ଭୟଙ୍କର ବିଭୀଷିକାଦ୍ୱାରା ସେ ପୁନଃପୁନଃ ତାହାର ସଙ୍କଳ୍ପକୁ ଡଗମଗାଇବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କଲା।
