तापी पयोष्णी निर्विध्या चन्द्रभागा इरावती । कावेरी शरयूश्चैव गंडकी नैमिषं तथा
tāpī payoṣṇī nirvidhyā candrabhāgā irāvatī | kāverī śarayūścaiva gaṃḍakī naimiṣaṃ tathā
ତାପୀ, ପୟୋଷ୍ଣୀ, ନିର୍ବିନ୍ଧ୍ୟା, ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଭାଗା ଓ ଇରାବତୀ; ତଥା କାବେରୀ, ଶରୟୂ, ଗଣ୍ଡକୀ ଏବଂ ନୈମିଷ—ଏହି ସବୁ ପବିତ୍ର ତୀର୍ଥ-ନଦୀ।
