तेन विप्रेण वार्धक्ये समाराध्य महेश्वरम् । प्राप्तोऽहमिति मे नाम ईशान इति कल्पितम्

Transliteration

tena vipreṇa vārdhakye samārādhya maheśvaram | prāpto'hamiti me nāma īśāna iti kalpitam

ସେହି ବ୍ରାହ୍ମଣ ବାର୍ଧକ୍ୟରେ ମହେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କୁ ବିଧିପୂର୍ବକ ଆରାଧନା କଲେ; ‘ମୁଁ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହେଲି’ ବୋଲି କହିବାରୁ ମୋ ନାମ ‘ଈଶାନ’ ଭାବେ କଳ୍ପିତ ହେଲା।
