Indradyumna
Scene: King Indradyumna speaks with firm detachment, turning away from the offered ascent; a faint celestial gate or vimāna may appear behind, while his gaze is set on a higher, unseen goal.
Honor and heaven are impermanent; the wise may turn away from status and seek a purer, liberating path.
No site is named in this verse; it is a moral turning-point within the narrative.
None; the focus is on inner resolve and renunciation rather than external ritual.
