स्वार्थोद्युक्तधियो ये स्युरन्वर्थास्तेप्यसुंधराः । मरणं प्रकृतिश्चैव जीवितं विकृतिर्यदा

ଯେମାନଙ୍କ ବୁଦ୍ଧି କେବଳ ସ୍ୱାର୍ଥରେ ଲଗ୍ନ, ସେମାନେ ନାମମାତ୍ର ‘ଜୀବିତ’ ହେଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ପ୍ରକୃତରେ ଜୀବନର ଧାରକ ନୁହେଁ। ଯେତେବେଳେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁକୁ ‘ସ୍ୱାଭାବିକ’ ମନାଯାଏ ଏବଂ ଜୀବନ ନିଜେ ବିକୃତି ହୁଏ, ସେତେବେଳେ ମୂଲ୍ୟବୋଧ ଉଲଟିଯାଏ।
