Skanda
Tirtha: Raṅgamaṇḍapa (Kāśī)
Type: ghat
Scene: Śiva proceeds with Brahmā and Hari to the Raṅgamaṇḍapa; then Skanda delivers the concluding fruit-of-hearing: supreme bliss, great joy, and assured attainment of Kailāsa.
Śravaṇa (devout listening) to sacred Kāśī narratives grants merit, joy, and a Shaiva goal—attainment of Kailāsa.
Kāśī’s sacred pavilions (Raṅgamaṇḍapa/Muktimaṇḍapa context) are central, and Kailāsa is upheld as the transcendent destination.
Hearing/recitation of the chapter (śravaṇa of the adhyāya) is presented as the meritorious practice.
