gauri tvayā kṛtaṃ pūrvaṃ snānamatra mahāhrade | gaurītīrthaṃ tataḥ khyātaṃ sarvatīrthottamottamam

Translation

ହେ ଗୌରୀ! ତୁମେ ପୂର୍ବେ ଏହି ମହାହ୍ରଦରେ ସ୍ନାନ କରିଥିଲ; ତେଣୁ ଏହା ‘ଗୌରୀତୀର୍ଥ’ ଭାବେ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ—ସମସ୍ତ ତୀର୍ଥମଧ୍ୟରେ ପରମ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ।
