नृणां पापकृतां तीर्थे पापस्य शमनं भवेत् । यथोक्तं फलदं तीर्थं भवेच्छ्रद्धात्मनां नृणाम्
nṛṇāṃ pāpakṛtāṃ tīrthe pāpasya śamanaṃ bhavet | yathoktaṃ phaladaṃ tīrthaṃ bhavecchraddhātmanāṃ nṛṇām
ପାପ କରିଥିବା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ତୀର୍ଥରେ ପାପଶମନ ହୁଏ। ଯାହାଙ୍କ ହୃଦୟ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାରେ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ, ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ତୀର୍ଥ ଶାସ୍ତ୍ରୋକ୍ତ ଫଳ ଦେଇଥାଏ।
