भवतः परितापहेतवो न भवंतींदु दिवाकराग्नयः । नयनानियतस्त्रिनेत्र तेऽमी प्रणयिन्यस्तिलसज्जला च मौलौ
bhavataḥ paritāpahetavo na bhavaṃtīṃdu divākarāgnayaḥ | nayanāniyatastrinetra te'mī praṇayinyastilasajjalā ca maulau
ତୁମ ପାଇଁ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର, ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଓ ଅଗ୍ନି ମଧ୍ୟ ସନ୍ତାପର କାରଣ ନୁହେଁ। ହେ ତ୍ରିନେତ୍ର! ତୁମ ନୟନ ନିୟମରେ ବନ୍ଧା ନୁହେଁ; ତୁମ ମୌଳିରେ ରାତିର କଳା ତିଳତେଲ ସଦୃଶ ତମସ ଓ ଶୀତଳ କୃପାଜଳ ସଦୃଶ ଉଜ୍ଜ୍ୱଳତା—ଦୁଇ ପ୍ରିୟ ଅଳଙ୍କାର ପରି ଶୋଭା ପାଉଛି।
