Scene: A luminous sacred city-field labeled Avimukta, with a central ancient liṅga also named Avimukta; pilgrims approach, and a symbolic ‘wheel of rebirth’ dissolves behind them.
Union with Avimukta-kṣetra and Avimukteśvara is presented as a direct cause of mokṣa—freedom from further rebirth.
Avimukta-kṣetra—Kāśī (Vārāṇasī), especially the Avimukteśvara Liṅga.
No specific rite is prescribed here; the emphasis is on attaining/approaching the kṣetra and the liṅga as the liberating means.
