प्रदेशिनी भवेद्यस्या अंगुष्ठाव्यतिरेकिणी । कन्यैव कुलटा सा स्यादेष एव विनिश्चयः
pradeśinī bhavedyasyā aṃguṣṭhāvyatirekiṇī | kanyaiva kulaṭā sā syādeṣa eva viniścayaḥ
ଯାହାର ପ୍ରଦେଶିନୀ (ତର୍ଜନୀ ପାଦ ଆଙ୍ଗୁଠି) ଅଙ୍ଗୁଠାଠାରୁ ଆଗକୁ ବଢ଼ିଥାଏ, ସେ ‘ପ୍ରଦେଶିନୀ’ କୁହାଯାଏ। ସେ କନ୍ୟା ହେଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ କୁଳଟା ବୋଲି କଥିତ—ଏହି ନିଶ୍ଚୟ।
