draṣṭṛtvādi vihīnaṃ ca śabdasparśasamujjhitam | vyapetagaṃdharūpaṃ ca rasatyaktamadiṅmukham

Translation

ତାହା ଦ୍ରଷ୍ଟୃତ୍ୱ ଆଦି ଭାବରୁ ବିହୀନ; ଶବ୍ଦ ଓ ସ୍ପର୍ଶରୁ ବର୍ଜିତ; ଗନ୍ଧ ଓ ରୂପ ଅପଗତ; ରସ ତ୍ୟକ୍ତ—ଦିଗ୍‌ବୋଧ ମଧ୍ୟ ନଥିଲା।
