dvairūpyeṇāpi kurvaṃtaṃ sthāvareṇa careṇa ca | sābhikhyena yathārthākhyāmuccairvasu matīmimām

ସେ ଏହି ଭୂମିକୁ ଦେଖିଲେ—ଯେନେ ସ୍ଥାବର ଓ ଚର, ଦୁଇ ରୂପରେ ଗଢ଼ା; ନିଜ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ନାମକୁ ସାର୍ଥକ କରି ‘ବସୁମତୀ’—ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ପୃଥିବୀ—ଭାବେ ଦୀପ୍ତିମାନ ଥିଲା।
