na phālakṛṣṭe bhūbhāge na rathyāsevyabhūtale | nālokayeddiśo bhāgañjyo tiścakraṃ nabho malam

Translation

ହଳରେ ସଦ୍ୟ ଚାଷ ହୋଇଥିବା ଭୂମିରେ, ଓ ରାସ୍ତାଭାବେ ଲୋକେ ଚାଲୁଥିବା ସ୍ଥାନରେ ମଳତ୍ୟାଗ କରିବା ଉଚିତ ନୁହେଁ। ତଥା ସେ ସମୟରେ ଦିଗ, ଜ୍ୟୋତିଷ୍ଚକ୍ର, ଆକାଶ କିମ୍ବା ଅଶୁଚି ବସ୍ତୁ ଦିଗକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ନ ଦେଇ, ଲଜ୍ଜା ଓ ନିୟମ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବା ଉଚିତ।
