आगत्य सर्वान्विप्रांश्च धर्षयेद्धर्मवित्तमान् । शूद्रांश्च वणिजश्चैव दंडघातेन ताडयेत्

ସେ ଆସି ଧର୍ମଜ୍ଞ ସମସ୍ତ ବ୍ରାହ୍ମଣଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ପୀଡ଼ନ କରୁଥିଲା; ଶୂଦ୍ର ଓ ବଣିକମାନଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦଣ୍ଡଘାତରେ ପିଟୁଥିଲା।
